Tailored to Your Needs

Every organization operates in different terrain, faces different risks, and has different scheduling constraints. We customize our courses to address what matters most to your team—whether that's alpine rescue scenarios, water-based emergencies, or backcountry evacuations specific to the regions where you operate.

What we can customize:

  • Course content and scenario focus
  • Duration and schedule format
  • Location (your site or a space we find together)

Participants receive the same recognized certifications as our public enrollment courses, provided the full WFA, WAFA, or WFR curriculum and assessments are completed.

Why Train as a Team?

Shared Protocols

Your team develops a common language and approach to emergencies.

Relevant Scenarios

Training reflects the actual environments and risks your group encounters.

Scheduling Flexibility

No need to work around public course dates.

Ongoing Partnership

Many organizations return annually to train new staff and re-certify returning members.

Course Considerations

Group size: 10–18 participants (minimums may vary based on partnership)

Cost: Tuition per participant, plus instructor travel and lodging dependent on location requirements

Booking window: Courses are typically scheduled 2+ months in advance, pending instructor availability

Location: On-site at your facility, or we'll help you find the right space
