- 2Reserve your seat
Pay securely with a credit card via Stripe to lock in your spot.
- 3Get your confirmation
You'll receive an email with pre-course readings, a digital liability waiver, and a packing list.
- 4Sold out or no date works?
Most courses fill four to eight weeks out — join the waitlist on that course page and we'll email you if a seat opens.
Refunds, transfers, and weather
Refunds & transfers
Full refunds up to 30 days before the start date. After that, partial refunds and transfers to a future date are handled case by case.
Rain or shine
We run in any reasonable weather and keep indoor backup space at each location for severe conditions.
If we cancel
In the rare event we cancel a course, you'll get a full refund or a free transfer to the next available session — your choice.
